We’ve visited a lot of battle sites and war memorials over the last couple of years, and it is striking how visitors, films, exhibits focus on tactics and weaponry, as if this wasn’t about mass slaughter. Great application of this theme.

Rightly said. Every war is a license to kill, be it the Victor or the losing side. Men are killed, wives are widowed and children orphaned. That’s the ultimate truth of a war.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts.

This touches me, Suyash. I like the photo and the title.
Then, again, there are people who have paid the price but never tasted the victory… How am I supposed to think of that? ;-(

That’s right Helen. It should be rather ‘War comes with a price’. And that’s so sad in the current scenario that innocent lives are being taken away in the name of fanaticism and mindless ideas.

Yes, it’s so sad. Many of us would never be able to understand. Caring for each other should be a common sense, shouldn’t it?
Take care.

Only if there would be sense and sanity left among certain people in this world. It’s such a shame. Mankind has stooped to such a low currently.
