South Yarra Station Melbourne

South Yarra Station Melbourne

While waiting at the South Yarra Station in Melbourne, i saw this Metro train approaching the station on its way to the Flinders Street Station in the downtown. It was my second day in this beautiful city of Melbourne in 2012. And the first spot in my itinerary of the day was Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG), close to the downtown. Check night photos of Melbourne here.

This shot is part of this week’s photo challenge – Alphabet.

  3. The MCG! I can see where your priorities lie. My first place to visit is usually the art gallery downtown which unlike North America, is free.

    • Hahahaha. Sometimes it depends upon my mood. I did not visit any art gallery in Melbourne. However when I was Madrid, I visited quite a few of them and I enjoyed them very much. I had to visit MCG in Melbourne having seen all these cricket matches on tv held here. One of the mecca for Cricket lovers
